At JoomVista Hospitality Institute, our Healthcare Department focuses on preparing both freshers and experienced nurses to confidently face hospital recruitment processes.

Many experienced nurses have several years of valuable practical experience working in hospitals. However, because their day-to-day work is largely focused on practical patient care, some nurses gradually become less connected with their theoretical nursing knowledge. As a result, they may face difficulties in viva examinations, written tests, and technical interview rounds, despite having strong practical experience.

Similarly, fresher nurses often have theoretical knowledge but lack the confidence, interview skills, and practical understanding required to successfully face hospital recruitment interviews.
